多數使用者反映全聯 app 常不穩定，出現系統異常和結帳失敗，註冊/驗證流程繁瑣且容易出現驗證碼問題，更新後仍難以順利使用。全支付綁定與使用上也存在困難，促銷與點數未自動套用或延遲發放，需手動操作。整體設計與穩定性不足，造成購物體驗 經常受挫，儘管有少數提及 loy alty 功能的正向點。

  • 頻繁出現系統異常，結帳時顯示請稍後再試，導致無法完成購物。
  • 註冊/驗證流程長且常出現簡訊驗證碼過期或未收到，且新號碼常被告知已被註冊，需要到店補件。
  • 安裝/開啟問題頻繁，更新後仍無法打開，分屏使用時容易崩潰。
  • 全支付相關問題多，綁定困難、無法結帳、需先儲值，甚至與全支付與儲值兩個應用同時使用造成混亂。
  • 折扣券/點數未自動套用，必須逐個查找和選擇，點數與發票福利有時延遲或缺失。
