It only took the city 1 year & 3 months to address the issues....

The response time is amazing, I have used this app several times, typically the problem was resolved within 24 hours, only once when I reported a discarded wood burning stove on the bank of the river did it take longer. I applaud engagEPetaluma. Thank you Bruce
