This app is useless

Really easy and effective way to report issues. I've used it to report graffiti multiple times at different locations, and the ticket is assigned and resolved very quickly (sometimes it's been next-day) with proof of completion. Most of the links in the app just open up a separate web page outside of the app, which is not ideal (events calendar, news, city hall, etc...)
