not very good if your trying to keep track of anything other than just the dates you bleed. you might as well just mark that directly on your calendar app! there are only a couple symptoms to choose from the log. App seems pretty pointless to me unless the upgraded version boasts a ton of additional features. I'm not seeing what they are advertised anywhere and the cost is to high to blindly pay
