Community

Community by propGOTO is the app for the people who live in a propGOTO-managed community: residents, tenants and property owners. Everything you used to call, email or walk to the office for is now a tap away.

SERVICE REQUESTS
Raise a maintenance or general request with photos, track every update, approve visits and quotes, and see the full history of your unit.

VISITORS AND ACCESS
Create visitor passes and guest parking in seconds, register deliveries and parcels, issue work permits for contractors, register your domestic workers, and review who entered and when in your entry logs.

AMENITIES
Browse your community's amenities, check live availability and book a slot. Your bookings, passes and check-ins stay in one place.

INVOICES AND PAYMENTS
See what is due and what is overdue at a glance, open any invoice, pay online where your community offers it, and download your statement of account and payment history.

YOUR AGREEMENT AND UNIT
Your lease details, renewal and termination requests, unit inventory and inspection reports, vehicles and parking spaces, KYC documents, letters and shared files are all in your profile. Invite family members with their own login.

STAY CONNECTED
Announcements and push notifications from your management, community discussions, a directory of your committee and emergency contacts, and a neighbours list for the building you live in. Answer surveys and send feedback straight to the team.

FOR PROPERTY OWNERS
Keep your whole portfolio in view: units, contracts, tenant approvals, invoices and spending and investment statistics per unit.

Community works with the communities managed on propGOTO. Sign in with the mobile number or email registered with your management; if you cannot sign in, contact your community office.

propGOTO helps communities run better, for the people who manage them and the people who live in them.
