Commuza Resident

Commuza Resident puts your estate in your pocket. Pay what you owe, let your visitors in, book the pool and keep up with everything happening in your community — all from one app.

Pay without the queue
• See exactly what you owe, with the details of every invoice
• Pay by mobile money or card, using the options your community has enabled
• Get a receipt for every payment and see your full statement at any time
• Owners and tenants each see the invoices that are theirs
• Commuza never holds your money — it goes straight to your community

Visitors and the gate
• Invite visitors ahead of time with a gate code and a scannable QR pass
• Approve or decline a visitor who arrives without a pass, right from your phone
• Call the gate from the app to reach the guard on duty

Your community
• Read notices and announcements from your management
• Vote on community decisions and receive meeting notices
• Book shared amenities such as the pool, gym or community hall
• Report a maintenance issue and follow it until it is fixed
• Browse your community marketplace and lost & found
• Find your community's documents in one place

Your home
• Keep household members, vehicles, pets and parking up to date
• Manage your household's access cards
• Own or live in more than one home? Switch between them in a tap

Safe and simple
• Sign in once on Commuza's secure page, then unlock with your PIN, fingerprint or face unlock
• Your recent information stays available when your connection drops
• Send an emergency alert to your community's managers and members
• Each community's data is kept separate, and encrypted in transit and at rest
