Rentwise is rent and property management for landlords who are tired of doing it in a notebook and a spreadsheet.

Add your buildings, floors and units once. From then on Rentwise raises the rent invoice every month, tracks who has paid, meters the electricity per unit, records your expenses, and tells you what you are actually earning.

YOUR TENANTS GET THEIR OWN APP

Invite a tenant by email and they sign in to see their own lease, their bills, their receipts, their electricity readings, and any notice you post. They see nothing else — not other tenants, not your figures, not your other properties.

Several people sharing one apartment each get their own login, while the rent stays on one bill addressed to whoever holds the agreement. Families do not need to share an account.

You can also keep a list of useful numbers per building — plumber, electrician, security, caretaker — and your tenants can call them straight from the app instead of ringing you first.

PAID BY UPI, NOT BY US

There is no payment gateway and no commission. Your tenant taps to pay, their UPI app opens with the amount already filled in, and the money goes bank to bank into your account. You mark it received. Rentwise never touches the money and never takes a cut.

BUILT FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON

Invite an admin, an accountant or a viewer, each with their own access. An accountant can record payments without being able to change your portfolio. Access can be withdrawn at any time.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL

Everything you have already looked at stays available offline. Changes you make queue up and sync the moment you reconnect — useful in a basement, a lift, or a building with bad reception.

YOUR DATA

Your data lives in your own Google Firebase project. Every record is scoped to your organisation and enforced by security rules on the server, not just hidden in the app.
