User Reviews

Users find the PromoFarma app easy to use, with good prices and smooth performance, offering attractive deals on beauty and health products. However, multiple reviews mention delivery delays, poor customer service, and inconsistencies in pricing between the app and website. Some users report technical issues like errors accessing the app or site. Additionally, the app is only in Spanish with no English option, limiting accessibility.
