Projments

Run every project from one workspace.

Projments brings your projects, tasks, time, files, team chat and calls together in a single, permission-based workspace — now on Android. Plan the work, see who is doing what, track hours, talk to your team and stay on top of every update from your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Projects & submissions — browse every project, open its submissions and tasks, and follow progress from the dashboard.
• Tasks — create, assign and update tasks, tick off checklist items, and keep the plan moving wherever you are.
• Time tracker — start and stop timers on tasks, log hours, and review your timesheet.
• Team chat — direct and group messaging that updates in real time.
• Voice & video calls — call a colleague or the team straight from a chat.
• Files — open project files and drawings shared with you.
• Calendar, clients, expenses, contracts and reports — the rest of your workspace is one tap away.
• Notifications — get notified the moment you are mentioned, assigned or called, with a full notification history in the app.
• Multiple workspaces — switch between the companies and teams you belong to.

BUILT FOR WORK ON THE GO

• Offline-first — keep working without a connection; your changes are queued and synced automatically when you are back online.
• Permission-based — everyone sees exactly what their role allows, the same rules as on the web.
• Fast native app — built with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, not a web wrapper.
• Customizable navigation — pin the modules you use most to the bottom bar.
