Begin with a free 20-minute mental-health check-in led by a licensed psychologist. Based on your concerns, language, schedule, and budget, we match you to the right therapist, so you don’t have to guess.

How it works
1. Book a 20-minute check-in with a psychologist to understand your goals, history, preferences, and affordability.
2. Get a personalized recommendation of therapists (e.g., trauma-informed, anxiety, mood, relationships, student concerns, etc.).
3. Start sessions with easy scheduling and transparent pricing. Prefer to switch? Change therapists anytime, with continuity notes (shared only with your consent) so you don’t have to repeat everything.
4. Stay on track with gentle reminders and tools your therapist recommends, hydration nudges, breathing drills, journaling prompts, sleep hygiene tips, and more.
