How it works

You take a photo of your plate, and Mera identifies each food item, estimates the portion size, and calculates calories and macros in just a few seconds. If something is calculated incorrectly, you can correct it with a tap.

Then you can ask Mira. This AI nutritionist is right in the app: she'll suggest what to make for dinner with the remaining calories, what to replace the food with, and how to balance your day. No appointment required, anytime.
