Choose from more than 100 binaural beats across Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, and Gamma ranges, plus isochronic tones, rain, ocean, fire, thunder, brown noise, pink noise, white noise, and other ambient sounds.

Create unlimited custom beats, layered mixes, and playlists, or try guided box breathing and 4-7-8 breathwork.
