Verum Forms is made up of two parts, a mobile application installed on the Smartphones of your work team and our web portal to monitor them.

From the Verum web portal you have complete visibility of the activities of your work team in real time. You obtain history of activities with automatic location every 5 minutes and all the information sent by your collaborators through the forms, which are stored for 180 days within the portal.

With the Forms, obtain evidence and validation with Photographs, Barcode Scan / QR, alphanumeric, multiple choice and Performance Reports. Also, with the Inventory feature, you can keep a detailed record of your product information.

Using the Activities function, you will be able to schedule operations for your work team to optimize their performance.

The application obtains from the equipment: GPS data, ICCID, battery level, power on and power off. Photos and audio taken from the application with the camera and microphone are also sent.
