The purpose and intent of the app is great however it doesn't Function at all. After submission of details, it gives message "Sorry, image not found while reporting, can not report pothole, please try again". This happened several times and not even once able to register compliant. The Citizens Dashboard doesn't respond. There is no contact or support details. This App need lot of enhancement to meet minimum acceptable criteria.

Once reported a pothole, i am not able to search it. In Search Pothole dripdown, last financial year for selection is 2023-24 in which it is showing nothing. One more thing, once I select submit, it is taking very long time to accept. Than it shows error and after that it shows reported successfully.. App is very but Needs lot of improvement
