Pothole Staff is the official application for authorized Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation (MBMC) staff responsible for inspecting, managing, and resolving pothole and road crack complaints submitted by citizens.
The app streamlines field operations by enabling staff to receive assigned complaints, navigate to the reported location, update work progress, upload completion photos, and mark issues as resolved—all from a mobile device.
Note: This application is intended only for authorized MBMC employees and contractors. A valid staff account is required to access the app.
