Good App. Great range of Quality workouts. May be improved if the YouTube training videos linked to the associated workouts. A great upgrade might be the ability for the user to create your own plans by utilising Rafa's unique exercises. This would give the opportunity to tweek the workouts to work around pre-existing injury and substitute activities while still maintaining the integrity of the Primal Fitness UDM theme and style. The current format is not new but the content is outstanding. 💪
