removed my card from file for no reason! wasn't expired, was not requested by me, and THEN did not send me any notification outside the app stating they had done so. my birth control is now a week late. thanks. and the customer service is awful. got nothing but attitude when my bc was lost in the mail and now this. for a company founded on supporting women you're really failing RN and if you weren't the only way I could get bc at the moment I'd cancel and charge my money back.
