2026-05-21	Ni*****	removed my card from file for no reason! wasn't expired, was not requested by me, and THEN did not send me any notification outside the app stating they had done so. my birth control is now a week late. thanks. and the customer service is awful. got nothing but attitude when my bc was lost in the mail and now this. for a company founded on supporting women you're really failing RN and if you weren't the only way I could get bc at the moment I'd cancel and charge my money back.

It logs you off even if you just click away from the screen, even if its to to follow one of the links they provide in the app. Then every log in requires email 2 step verification but if you try to open your email app it logs you and makes you start the full login again. I was able to manage because I could get my code from my computer but a lot of people don't have two devices.
I really respect Planned Parenthood and all that they do but this app is horrific. 2026-04-01	Ka*****	love how accessible everything is!! the app is so easy to navigate and anything you need to know is quickly provided for you. it's so easy to get in touch with your prescriber or planned parenthood in general. they respond quickly and its always a real person. Plus, it's through a messenger so no stress added in case you don't like phone calls. I am so thankful for this app and how easy it is for me to get my pills or anything related. 100/10, I will always advocate for using this app

I am so grateful for the freedom that Planned Parenthood has granted me to get what I need without the stress of overpriced and inconvenient in person appointments. Just got antibiotics so quickly and for such a low cost- I am so so grateful.
