Pros

Great way to get my daily paper.
Worked great for years.

Cons

App frequently does not work or fails to load content.
Subscription required to read articles.
Issues with ads, including loud and intrusive video ads.
Poor user interface and experience with the new version.

Honestly, it barely works. I only randomly get notifications, sometimes after not getting one for weeks. Ottawa is a sleepy town, but still!

App now only seems to allow you to read articles if you are subscribed. Will find elsewhere to read my local news that does not require a subscription.
