2023-09-10	Ma*****	I think the app and the concept are both fine! As with anything there will be an occasional technical issue but I feel sure these folks will jump very quickly to fix any problems. Biggest thing I love? I've had a couple of lovely conversations with some truly kind hearted souls who really do take the time to get to know their customers. In this day and age that is very rare and makes a massive difference!

2023-08-01	Jo*****	Awful business. Pave demands you sign up to a subscription and have to pay an big settlement figure at the end to opt out of the subscription. 2 payments were attempted and reported on my credit file as late payments, this was because my payment date fell on a weekend. Awful app not fit for purpose.

2023-06-09	Cr*****	Very disappointed. The reason is that you're not offering anything unique, and you're overcharging for it. Loqbox offers the same thing, but they don't charge £108 per year. They only charge £30 at most, and free if you open a new bank account with one of their partners. Edit: -Loqbox also reports to all CRA's. -Other apps give you the same insights for free (Clearscore/Credit Karma) -The CRA's themselves are happy to answer all the questions you've got, free of charge. Your points are mute

2022-10-21	an*****	Will be getting rid and losing my account this app has made 0 effect to my credit score as it states within 3 months what a load of rubbish I have been paying £5 each month for over a year payed all Bill's on time low credit on my credit card have a van on finance which gets paid on time each month and still its below 500! The system is a joke in first place

2022-05-22	Da*****	Those is always a catch and the catch is that initially your credit score WILL go down! This can have a detrimental affect in the short term meaning long term your still no better off. Its not worth the £9 when you can monitor and do the same thing yourself for free! Don't believe the hype it's not what it seems!

2022-05-01	Da*****	Was one of the earliest adopters of Portify (its name before it became Pave) when the name change happened the app and its whole idea of helping everyone stopped. Pricing went up. My credit score did increase, but then they took away keep credit features that had been a mainstay within the app. Was selected to do an interview the Portify to explain how best to make changes and clearly never listened to the feedback - since removing Pave my score has jumped up....

2022-04-17	Jo*****	I have sent messages in the app telling PAVE that the app is not work that it is saying Wrapping it up 3 mins later still the same thing the app started ok 6 or 7 months ago but the last 3 down been so rubbish can't Connect any bank account and the bank account that was on it they are all gone just going to wait for the 1 year then close it and never use it again what a let down

One thing I was hoping would be very up to date records of credit utilisation and bank balances. But they are just as slow updating as the rest maybe even slower. I've got 5 credit apps that updated and shot up in points, and this one is still the same as when I started. Even though I've cleared all my debts, and reduced credit and upped my overall cash balance.

But I was thankfully proven wrong, this app stands out amongst others which try and do the same things because it feels as though they genuinely care about the people they are supporting. It helps as well that they are always available if you need to ask any questions and there are video links to explain curtain things in more detail. Again absolutely amazing and really helpful. Highly recommend

2022-01-14	W *****	I have been trying to cancel the membership since over 6 months they are just keep avoiding it and dragging the request. The app had no affect apart from a dip in my existing score. Tried few times speaking to them but it seems like one man band or no one there to reply. I'm seriously disappointed with the service and fake promises they are making so blatantly.
