I wasn't able to fully use the Ava Loan feature because the app kept showing an error message and would log me out. I received an email requesting my ID and submitted it within minutes, but I never received any follow-up or assistance to resolve the issue. I did benefit from having my bills reported, which helped add positive points to my credit score. However, I became skeptical because I wasn't able to access or use all of the benefits offered through the app. I was really looking forward to
