I faced constant confusion, delays, and poor coordination between Policybazaar, the insurer, and the hospital. I had to repeatedly follow up for basic answers and clarification regarding my claim and documents. Buying the policy was easy, but getting support when I actually needed it was a nightmare. Very disappointing service. Not recommended.
