2026-07-19	Ap*****	I am extremely disappointed with Aditya Birla Health Insurance and the way my cashless claim was handled. My claim was rejected at the final stage of discharge, causing immense financial burden, mental stress, and unnecessary harassment to me and my family. The reason provided for rejection—that my ACL injury is a chronic disease—is completely false, medically unsound, and highly irresponsible. An ACL tear caused due to an accident or trauma cannot be arbitrarily classified as a chronic disease

Every time I call, I am either kept on hold for a long time or asked to continue the conversation on WhatsApp. Unfortunately, no representative responds there either. I need the list of network garages where I can use the Value Added Services included with my motor insurance policy, but there is no one available to guide me.
