worst people ever. It's been already a month and still my claim is not settled. And worst of all they are not even receiving the calls I have been trying for a week and suddenly all their agents became super busy. Literally it's like you're blindfolded not knowing how to proceed further. No reply to their mails too. Still my claim is unresolved. Not even worth a star. Please avoid these middle men. Better to deal with one headache by directly applying through the insurance company. Pathetic.
