My camera connects but when trying to print from phone the error is always "printer is busy". Can't update firmware from app and updating via computer doesn't work either. I fear that Polaroid no longer cares about this app and product. Too stubborn to buy a new photo printer but if I do it won't be polaroid.

Unfortunately I'm not able to update the new firmware into my camera. It says downloading firmware, but nothing happened. The firmware file is loading but it doesn't progress. Can you please advise? Thank you. Otherwise I'm very happy.
