Built for official use

PMTS supports authorized officials and program staff only. Each account is assigned a role and scope (district, region, or province-wide) so users see only the schemes and records relevant to their duty. Whether you are monitoring field progress, reviewing bills, coordinating proposals, or overseeing budgets, PMTS helps you act faster with accurate, up-to-date information.

Comprehensive project monitoring

Track development schemes across all districts with rich project profiles: descriptions, phases, categories, executing agencies, approved costs, contractors, procurement status, and physical progress. Support for multiple Technical Sanction Estimates (TSEs) per scheme lets teams manage complex projects where billing and progress are tracked per TSE. Upload and view project documents, field visit records, and supporting files in an organized, audit-friendly structure.

End-to-end bill management

Submit, review, and approve contractor bills through a structured multi-stage workflow—from district initiation through consultant, DPC, FME, PC, and senior approval roles. Filter bills by pending, approved, and rejected status; attach supporting documents; record review comments; and maintain a clear approval history. Vendor payment tracking helps finance teams monitor commitments and overdue items. Digital stamping and document handling support official verification requirements.

Financial sanctions, ledger & contingency

Manage financial sanctions (FS), fund releases, and finance-department workflows. FME and admin users can work with district budget ledgers, allocations, and transactions. District Commissioners can file contingency claims with document uploads and structured review. Budget surrender modules support year-end surrender statements, batch submission, and acknowledgement by oversight roles—aligned with BSDI fiscal discipline.

Proposals & governance

District teams can create and forward project proposals through PIU scrutiny and PSC approval paths. DCC meeting minutes, proposal batches, and related documentation keep the approval chain transparent. Role-specific dashboards surface what needs your action today.

Analytics, GIS & reporting

Interactive analytics dashboards summarize progress, spending, and district performance. GIS mapping visualizes scheme locations for spatial planning and field coordination. Export tools support Excel-based reporting for meetings and executive briefings.
