Create groups with your friends, family, or professionals so you can offer or get support via chat or our unique features such as ‘Check-In’ where you ask your contacts to notify you about their mental health.

😟MENTAL HEALTH HELP

Alert your group and request to chat, notify them that you are suicidal and that you need help. These messages can be customised.

😟 ADDICTION HELP

Similar to mental health help, you can also get addiction help by sending alert messages:

You can also customise these messages.

📳 VIBRATING MESSAGES & BREATHING

When you press one of the help buttons, your intended group will get a vibrating message (similar to an alarm). Additionally, you will be taken to a breathing simulator to calm you after pressing a help button.

If you are not well, feeling triggered, suicidal, or like you are in danger, you can notify your selected contacts and send them your location via Pleaze.
