It provides adequate access to services such as consultation with mental health professionals, free mental health screening, tracks your mood on a daily basis, gives you access to mental health games, music and exercises that enhance your mood and reduce anxiety and depression levels.

With our paid model, you can gain free points for interacting with these services, and these points can be used to pay for consultation services. You can also create a support group and invite your friends to join.

You can also journal your mental health journey and do narrative therapy all in app.
