User Reviews

Reviews are mostly negative about app reliability and access: crashes, sign-in problems, and booking limitations are recurring complaints. Users also describe confusing charges and difficulty getting help. Positive comments largely concern the Picklr facilities rather than the app itself, especially the indoor courts and organized play.

Pros

Several reviewers praise the Picklr facilities and courts, describing them as excellent, premium, and welcoming.
Members value indoor play and organized, skill-matched programming, including DUPR-rated sessions.

Cons

Frequent crashes make the app unreliable, sometimes preventing use during sessions.
Sign-in and account recovery problems recur, including being repeatedly logged out and not receiving password-reset emails.
Booking and scheduling features are unreliable or limited: users report trouble booking or canceling, delays loading schedules, and restricted advance reservations.
Users report confusing or unexpected charges, including fees despite memberships, alongside concerns about pricing.
Support and usability are recurring frustrations, with broken support options and difficulty resolving app or account issues.
