Well, aside from its lack of compatibility with 3rd parties (can't even pay my car loan), the cutomer service is hit or miss - when you get them they're great, but if you don't then you're screwed. I lost my debit card, and you can't cancel it on the app and customer service keeps going to voicemail. I left a "MESSAGE" 2 days ago and nothing!!! I can't transfer my money to Pay Pal or anything from the app, so I'm totally screwed!!!!!! OH & your card gets locked if you try to use it back to back.
