A handful note brief improvements after updates, especially with Teams compatibility, but reliability remains inconsistent for the majority of users.

Pros

Some users report that after updates, the headset works with MS Teams again.
When the app recognizes the headset, it can be controlled and used successfully.

Once again, HP proves to be a horrible company. They discontinued the BackBeat FIT series after the merger, and apparently got rid of the BackBeat app too. This new app does not work with those earphones. So, good job giving me no options to control my earphone options anymore.

Your app requests that I consent to your privacy policy, but after tapping the link your app says something is wrong. I can't consent without knowing what I'm consenting to, now can I? So how am I supposed to use your app you won't let me consent? Edit: YOOHOO, anybody home, HP? Just installed the latest update and the link to the privacy policy still says something is wrong.
