2023-02-07	Ka*****	The app isn't letting me view invoices to approve. I can't pay my supports if I can't see the invoices. I keep getting emails reminding me to approve invoices but I just keep getting an error message. Can this be fixed I don't want to lose my supports due to non payment.

2022-08-05	Su*****	Since it last updated months ago I have to sign into app everytime. I see someone else said this back in March and there was a reply saying they would fix it. It's still not fixed. Please actually do something to fix this, it's so annoying :/

They are fast to process invoices, I actually take the time to read their email newsletters (they're very well curated), and their members program makes it doubly worth it. Additionally, today I spoke to someone in their live support chat, named Karen, and not only was she informative and kind, she also warned me of occasional exploration methods around the question I asked. Above and beyond, Karen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

2021-02-03	Ca*****	The writing on the opening page overlaps. I was using the app with no issues then all of a sudden it asked me to agree to the terms and conditions for my first time logging in. It is unusable, I can't get past the log in screen.

2021-01-12	Ni*****	I am unable to open an account. The terms and conditions does not have a select button on it so because I haven't been able to agree to the terms and conditions, it just won't work. I have tried several times uninstalling and reinstalling, still no joy! :(( pretty disappointed as this would be so handy for me!
