Participants can view upcoming appointments, access relevant service information, communicate with their support team, and stay informed about their support arrangements through an easy to use mobile experience.

The app is designed to improve communication, increase transparency, and make it easier for participants and support workers to access the information they need when they need it. By providing secure access to schedules, notes, updates, and service related information, Plannor helps support teams deliver consistent and person centred care.

Access to the application is restricted to authorised users and requires an active account provided by a participating NDIS service provider.
