INFORMee (unofficial)

INFORMee is an independent app for reading the INFORM Index — the open global
risk assessment published by the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European
Commission.

NOT A GOVERNMENT APP
INFORMee does not represent any government entity and does not provide or
facilitate any government service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or
produced by the European Commission, the Joint Research Centre, or any other
government body. It is an independent reader of openly licensed public data,
published by Dalla Valle Daniele.

WHAT IT DOES

• An interactive globe and flat world map showing INFORM Risk, its dimensions
and categories, and INFORM Warning forecasts at 3, 6 and 12 months
• INFORM Severity for current crises, with people-in-need figures and the areas
each crisis covers, drawn on a map
• Crisis connections: displacement flows between countries as animated arcs
• Country profiles: rankings, the full indicator tree, a decade of trajectory,
sensitivity readings and what-if scenarios recomputed with INFORM's own
formulas
• Compare 2–4 countries, ranked by where they actually diverge
• A sortable table of all 191 countries, with CSV export
• A timeline that plays the data through time — crisis arcs included
• A digest of what changed since you last looked, built entirely on-device

Once synced, INFORMee works entirely offline — useful where connectivity is
poor, which is often where the data matters most.

PRIVACY
INFORMee collects nothing. No account, no analytics, no advertising, no
trackers. Everything it downloads stays on your device.

Scenarios and what-if figures produced in the app are hypothetical
recalculations made on your device. They are not published by INFORM and are not
official figures.
