2026-03-25	Ma*****	The app itself is easy to navigate, however I can't log in. The error message that pops up is of my profile name and passwords not matching, but the same entries log me in on the website. Update: somehow my credentials are not recognized across devices (2 android apps & website access via Chrome) as I still keep getting errors. Frank has been extremely responsive and helpful with technical support. This app and website are super helpful when it comes to seat-selection when I go to shows!

2026-03-05	Be*****	Very clunky, from the boxes to login, or to request a reminder for username and/or password to uploading photos. Be aware that it does not accept autofill when typing in your email address for your user name reminder and for the reset password.
