Click&View App for Event Organizers
With Click&View, ticket buyers can get an impression of the view of the stage or the playing field from their selected seat during the booking process. Event organizers can easily and quickly add these photos to their own seating plan using the Click&View app.

How does the app work?
The Reservix Click&View app for event organizers simplifies the creation and uploading of Click&View photos. All you need is an internet-enabled smartphone, the Click&View app, and the seating plan in Click&View format, which you can obtain free of charge from Reservix. The app shows the respective seats in the hall from which photos of the stage and playing field are to be taken. The resulting photos can be easily uploaded to your Reservix account at the touch of a button. After a quality control check by Reservix, the seating perspective is visible to the customer.

What do I need to pay attention to?
Photograph a fully lit stage and position, for example, a piano or other props in the frame. This allows the viewer to correctly assess the viewing angle and distance. Please take photos from a seated position so that any obstructions to the field of view (railings, platforms, barriers, equipment areas) are immediately apparent to the viewer.

What login credentials are required?
You need a "statistics access" to log in to the Click&View app. These credentials are created separately in the client and differ from the Reservix login. Our service team will be happy to create a statistics access for you free of charge. Simply send a short email to service@reservix.de.
