Open the app and see exactly what today holds. Habit groups follow your routines, so your morning, study, work, fitness, or evening blocks stay organized without extra setup.

Low-pressure check-ins
Complete a habit, skip it, or take a rest day. Skip and rest-day are neutral choices that keep your streak meaningful without punishing an off day.

Routines, not scattered lists
Create routines, arrange habits inside them, and move habits between groups whenever your rhythm changes. Built-in templates help you start quickly and stay editable.

Progress that informs
Review today's completion, weekly consistency, current and longest streaks, the last seven days, and simple per-habit trends. Progress is information, not a judgment.

Gentle reminders
Enable one quiet daily reminder or set a separate time for individual habits. Reminders are local and optional, and you can disable them at any time.

Private by default
Daily Step has no account and no cloud sync. Your habits and check-in history stay on your device unless you choose to export a JSON backup. System cloud backup is disabled.
