2026-07-30	Sa*****	horrible experience...... planned a trip with them to Vietnam....they were really polite and cooperative till we paid the fee.......the hotels they provided were mid at most...... useless activities like cooking class and at and craft class were planned which totally ruined my day......I'd say the value for money they provide is really low and ppl who plan the trip have no time sense at all (felt like my 10 yr old cousin could make a better plan).

Our flight was cancelled and airlines is ready to reimburse the 2 days itinerary cost..but Pickyourtrail not providing reciepts to get refund from airlines. they refused to provide a proper cost breakdown. These policies were never explained during booking.Before payment they were very responsive and eager to get the booking. Especially booking agent Rakshita dugar is very careless she didn't even show concern for us when our flight cancelled.

2026-06-10	Sa*****	when your app asks about age of children, there you give an option in bracket like (0 to 17 years). but your tab does not provide age above 11 years. in the tab of "Age of children" it is showing upto 11 years only. and this is contradictory to above tab (0 to 17 years). kindly fix it.

Zero Accountability: You’re passed between strangers, with no single point of contact. Poor Communication: Clunky UI, no direct number, and you’re ignored during emergencies. Refund Lies: It’s been a month of deception. They keep claiming my refund is coming in "2–3 days," only to admit it wasn't even approved.
