Very disappointing experience. Our flight was cancelled and airlines is ready to reimburse the 2 days itinerary cost..but Pickyourtrail not providing reciepts to get refund from airlines. they refused to provide a proper cost breakdown. These policies were never explained during booking.Before payment they were very responsive and eager to get the booking. Especially booking agent Rakshita dugar is very careless she didn't even show concern for us when our flight cancelled.
