2026-07-18	Jo*****	Had a pretty simple problem right after I started using the app. Nothing in help files resolved my issue, so I contacted support. Couldn't get a human to help. Support said they would get back to me. Three days later, still nothing. Canceled my subscription. Brief chat with support again letting them know I was canceling my $99 subscription because of their poor customer service. Bot came back with response that it didn't understand. If you're considering paying for this app, don't do it!

But the free 20 seconds that they give you is so inaccurate. there were notes that was note even close to the piece that I recorded and sometimes there was no music and it showed notes. so inaccurate. you would have had a paying customer. ✌🏼✌🏼
