Physical Goals supports you through various training programs, which you can do at home, outdoors, in the gym, with equipment and with body weight.
Each exercise is explained with an explanatory video (more than 500 video exercises) of the movement, the number of repetitions to do, the load to use as well as the rest time to take.

You can add sports and nutritional programs to your schedule yourself.

On the other hand, you will also have access, in your session, to a load calculator and you will have the possibility of adding notes so that your coach can find out about your progress, your feelings and your difficulties.
