Customer service is a joke. Changed Iban 3 times because their system doesn't seem to realise I've done it but then they started ringing. constant phonecalls and then a threatening message. I rang and said do I need to pull it out, the agent start saying don't speak to me like that. You woke me 3 days in a row and sent me a threat. I think I have the right to speak. Never again
