2024-06-20	Sh*****	Updated to 4 stars and can advise latest version at 20/06/2024 is much more stable, consistent connection. App constantly crashing causing issues. Android latest version at time of review. Between crashes, it does work to monitor heat pump and set timers.

2024-04-19	Le*****	This app keeps on crushing and gives continuous errors and keeps asking if it should uninstall the web version. If you allow it to uninstall, the same error appears after a while. This app also drains the battery power of your phone.

2023-07-31	Do*****	Permissions are excessive. You do not need to know my location when accessing the app. My address is on file. That should be sufficient for your needs. You know where my pump is installed. Since I do not let you know where I am when I access the app for my pump you spam my app so it's unusable. Even approx location is not good enough. An abuse of data collection and privacy.

2023-06-14	Aa*****	Was difficult to connect and pair. For the tech savvy your phone needs to be connected to wireless on 2.4Ghz not 5Ghz. The app worked well for a few weeks then wouldn't let me log in. I had to reset the password but got an error changing the password. Keeping the password to 8 characters and just letters and numbers worked. Logged in and all the config was gone so painfully had to re-add the device etc. Seems ok, for now...

2023-05-24	An*****	Cannot connect to my mesh wifi. Finally did after many problems. Now after last update 1. Forces me to log on w password every time I open app 2. Times put in finding device that worked ok before update. Just fix. Appalling app as of now.

2023-02-24	Vi*****	Always have issues where I have to log in and out and reset, got a new aqua temp module and it's even worse! Have tried emailing for help but no answer. So many issues would be amazing if not as many glitches as it's a great idea and when it sometimes works it's great?!

2022-08-06	th*****	Second summer using my heat pump with wifi and therefore this app. Not had any connection issues ever, can turn my heater on from another country if needed, flawlessly. Had to reconnect after winter shut down. Recently updated it to show inlet and outlet temp on the main page. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is to add a few more easy accessable features like ambient air temp main display, in app access to the heat/time data the unit collects, more timers not just 1 per 24hr period.
