I can’t control my I-sol pool heat from outside the house, it is working only if I connected to the same wifi. Isn’t this supported from everywhere as mentioned in the app description? Tried to email the developer using the email appears in the app on the play store - this email does not exist. Please help

Does not work. It's just a blue screen, and then it shuts down, so I have no idea how to connect it to my pump. Tried on multiple devices, it's just a broken app. Even tried emailing support but the address just bounces back, not even their email works.
