doesn't connect to the device. has no buttons in the app to create a connection. I don't get it.

I literally can't do anything. It's somehow got the WRONG serial number and when I try to change it, it tells me it's in use already...? And yes, I tried to make a new account and it said the same thing. But I've literally had this machine on my account for 5 or 6 years. So I don't even know why it's saying someone claimed my machine other than me. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
