Honestly frustrating that they are a monopoly, and their customer service is awful. Took my $300, and shut me off 10 days later "we appreciate your payment, but you still owe us money". Not flexible at all in setting up a plan. 15 years here, and never been shut off till now, and have owed lots more than i did. "Covid is over, we are not being a flexible as we were" How in the hell is someone supposed to know that? Thanks PGE!!!
