Do NOT try and register your pet using this, it's absolutely excruciating.... Round and round in circles trying to remember / reset your PayPal account with no joy...

Only two stars because there is , at least, the ability to register your pet on another database. However the associated bluetootg scanners are not available - they've been sold out for years. Rather makes the app obsolete.
