I've been using this program for going on 6 months. I love it so much I purchased it. It doesn't have any malware, it's fast, easy to use and most of all IT DOES WHAT IT SAYS IT DOES! I've tried so many programs that claim to allow you to download videos and do nothing. You can't utilize it on every site, for example Youtube; but overall, it's been one of my most used chrome extensions. I saw E Gibson state it does not open for him and he gave it 1 star. I think he may have a software or firewall issue because for me it works like a charm. I will reiterate, it doesn't work on EVERY site, but it does most.
