I would be embarrassed to be making money from a product this abominable. Use a different app if you have any option whatsoever.

2024-07-22	An*****	The customer service used to be great but for a year now my app crashes whenever I open the app, and eventually destroyed my android. New phone new download same crashing problem and all I get asked was my data plan.. nothing fixed and now warnings on the new phone.

2023-07-11	Sh*****	The app constantly glitches and the company does not care 1 bit. They can't get you your pay stub on time because there was a holiday a week ago. Ridiculous.

2022-02-10	Pi*****	You people ruined PetCheck with arbitrary and unnecessary UI updates, while breaking core functionality and making the app harder to use. Photos look terrible now and the walker can no longer save them. These updates have damaged my relationship with my clients and made my life harder. Revert to an older build and fire whoever did this to your app.

2021-10-27	Ke*****	This new upgrade is terrible. Never syncs. Buffers forever. Kicks you out. Pictures are fuzzy. Very annoying reading instructions. As someone who uses this to run their entire business for years, I spend more time fixing problems with my employees sign in and outs all day then I do actually running my business. I've had to text clients because they aren't receiving updates. Please switch back to old app.

2021-10-12	Pa*****	10/12/21 Why does this app keep updating the way it looks and not the way it works? I hate the update of the "recent" visuals. Client address and new notes should be there without me needing to click on each appointment. Update makes planning the day more tedious. 4/26/21The only thing I like about this update is the calendar with the whole month at a glance and that if I hit a client's phone number I have the option to text instead of the app immediately calling them.
