Introducing the new 2021 PetCheck Staff app!

Mobile connectivity with both cellular data and wifi can be a big issue when taking care of someone’s pet. You need to work in all conditions, and that’s why we built the app to work in the background whenever possible. Special alerts will inform you when your data connection wasn’t strong enough to synch, prompting you to re-open and to refresh the app.

The app empowers staff through:
- Real-time schedules
- Patented on premise QR code technology that allows staff to scan in and to scan out when starting and ending visits
- Real-time automated customer updates including arrival and departure, GPS maps, photos, and appointment comments
- Ability to perform group appointments

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

One of the most excruciating apps I've ever had to use. Imagine doing ten appointments a day and having the app freeze and crash several times for each one. I would be embarrassed to be making money from a product this abominable. Use a different app if you have any option whatsoever.

The customer service used to be great but for a year now my app crashes whenever I open the app, and eventually destroyed my android. New phone new download same crashing problem and all I get asked was my data plan.. nothing fixed and now warnings on the new phone.
