This app allows volunteers to register as poll watchers and capture polling station results, including data and photos of tally sheets. The photos serve only as backup in case of any questions. If there is good internet access at the polling station, users can record data and take photos live. If the signal is poor or nonexistent, the user takes the photos with their phone and later, in a location with good signal, enters the data and extracts the photos from their phone's gallery. The app splits the photos into segments to overcome potential network issues and prevent interruptions during transmission. It also includes a FAQ section covering electoral regulations, party directives, and app usage. Additionally, it features a module for sending messages only to the server to report violations of electoral law, logistical problems, a shortage of poll watchers, etc. Finally, it displays graphs showing the progress of the vote count in the user's district (so they can see where to collect more tally sheets) and, for the candidate, it shows the count in any geographic area code (UBIGEO): district, province, department, or the entire electoral roll. Note that the UBIGEO table used by ONPE (National Office of Electoral Processes) presents cities abroad as districts, countries as provinces, and continents as departments. This monitoring of the count is very important for communicating with the media and for monitoring and safeguarding the vote.

In summary, the perso01 app is designed to:
1. Work with poor data/internet signal quality or no signal at all.
2. Overcome the logistical and coordination failures that often occur on election day. It allows for the on-the-fly recruitment of volunteers where needed. If there is redundancy in the data collection and photos of tally sheets, the server resolves it without rejecting anyone's input and determines the consensus result as the most probable. 3. Record anomalies and specific situations along with the official tally sheets.

4. Allow sending messages to the coordination/counting center regarding significant situations.

5. Provide online information to poll watchers/volunteers about the vote count in their district.

6. Provide a resource for consulting the electoral law, the app itself, and the poll watcher command's directives to facilitate their work.
